In 2003 YSI was pleased to announce that Hydrodata Services would be joining the group as YSI Hydrodata. This combination of manufacturer and local service provider proved to be a very successful combination !
YSI Hydrodata was formed in 2003 to provide back up and service to our growing list of YSI water quality meter users in the UK and Europe. In 2005 YSI Hydrodata set up as the distribution partner for our sister company SonTek, manufacturers of acoustic doppler flow and velocity meters. In 2008 YSI Hydrodata became the first company to achieve MCERTS accreditation for our continuous water quality monitors, followed up in 2010 with the portable version. Since 2003 we have built a local knowledge base on our products through our customers and applications specialists who are able to assist with immediate service and response. Our local stock levels mean rapid delivery times and swift responses to enquires. In 2010 YSI Hydrodata moved to newer and larger premise to cater for its expansion and growth.
