YSI Appoints Hydrometry Expert

YSI/SonTek has appointed Nick Martin to its service team based in the UK at YSI Hydrodata.
Nick will provide technical support, install instruments, train customers and create web-based pages for the new EcoNet telemetry system. Nick has a Degree in Marine Environmental Science gained at Southampton Institute, following which he worked in the Water Industry, and subsequently in the Offshore Seismic Research Industry. For the last five years he has worked in hydrometry for the Environment Agency of England and Wales.
Nick says he is delighted to have been appointed and is “Looking forward to helping YSI and SonTek’s customers find easier, more efficient ways in which to capture environmental data.”
